IN-PERSON CLASSES
Join me for a watercolour workshop where we will use stencils to create both vibrant and subtle blended watercolour panels. We will experiment with a variety of techniques using different watercolour mediums and a range of stencils. If you have applied dry mediums through your stencils this workshop will surprise you as you watch watercolour paints, sprays and powders interact with stencils on watercolour paper or journals. The techniques in this workshop can get messy; fingers and stencils may get stained but the results are definitely worth it! We will create a collection of panels which can be used for other projects such as cards, decor and collage.

Please bring the following: masking or painters’ tape, rigid mat or surface to tape panels to, water spritzer,2 water jars, paper towel, apron
Optional but helpful: stencils, watercolour paints(in tube, pan or powder form), watersoluble inkpads such as distress, extra mats or boards to tape panels to, heat tool, palette, acrylic blocks

I HAVE to agree with so many others. Would LOVE to take some of your classes. ALL of your classes.! If you ever do an OnLine class I would gladly GLADLY pay to attend!! You do beautiful work!
Hi I also would love an online class and from Wisconsin in the USA. I know the cost is more plus getting the money there and the cards back here is expensive and take awhile but I might try it at least once to see.

Any plans for classes in the spring with the new Penny Black “So Special” floral Slapstick Clings?
Hi Shirley, I will be including some of the new Slapstick cling stamps in upcoming classes starting either March or April.
Look forward to them! I will keep an eye open for the April classes. I will be driving from Toronto and since March weather can be unpredictable it will be safer for me to think April. I attended two of your classes at Bizzy B’s in Toronto a year or so ago. Unfortunately as you probably know Bizzy B closed last summer.

Just attended another fabulous class with Heather. For this class she showed us how you can make stunning backgrounds/cards using only 3 primary colours of brusho watercolour powders. The results were wonderful, and now I can go back to my old stamps and use them in many different ways. If I come away with 1 good idea from a class I think it was well worth it, but this class we learnt numerous ideals thus making the class priceless. I have already signed up for her next class!

Just attended Heather’s latest class making bright and colourful cards using Darkroom Door stamps. We had a great time and the cards we made-Priceless! I would highly recommend taking one of her classes. I live in Belleville and the drive to and back is over 6 hours, but it is totally worth it. If you are from out of town, grab a friend, stay over night and have a fabulous girl’s weekend in Ottawa!
